biteplay.win ("we") is an independent site. There are no accounts and no sign-up. The third parties involved are our advertising networks and a cookieless visitor counter, both covered below.
What we collect
Nothing you type — there is nothing here to fill in. Our host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting, and discards them in the normal course.
What your browser stores
Each game saves your scores, times and progress in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and vanishes if you clear your browser data — we hold no copy and cannot restore it.
Visitor counting
We use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by our host, to count page views and visits. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other sites and does not build a profile of you. It records the page viewed, the referring page, and general device and country information, all aggregated — nothing that identifies you. There is no Google Analytics on this site.
Cookies and advertising
Advertising pays for the hosting, and that means cookies. We set none of our own for tracking.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Networks may also use web beacons, pixels or device fingerprinting to select ads, limit repeats and measure performance.
- They may collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view here, the referring page, and approximate location. We never receive that data and do not control it.

Today that means display banners and native units only: no pop-ups, no pop-unders, no interstitials and no notification prompts. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
Opting out
Google: Ads Settings. Many networks at once: aboutads.info, NAI, or Your Online Choices in Europe. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser works too. Every game still plays either way.
Ad blocking
We check whether ads are blocked by adding one hidden element and seeing whether your browser hides it. It reads nothing else about you and is not tracking. If a blocker is found we show a short note asking you to consider allowing ads — nothing is withheld, and every game stays playable. Dismissing the note stores one timestamp in your browser so we do not ask again for a week.
Where you are
EEA, UK and Switzerland: where the law requires it, our ad partners ask for consent before using cookies for personalised ads, and you can withdraw it at any time. You may also ask what data is held, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to your data protection authority.
California and other US states: we do not sell personal information for money, but sharing data with ad networks for personalised advertising may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws. Use the opt-out links above, or a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour.
The site is operated from the United States and our advertising partners work internationally, so your data may be processed outside your own country, under that country's data protection law.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 under COPPA, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Tell us if you believe we have and we will delete it.
Security and changes
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of storage is perfectly secure. We may update this policy; the date at the top changes when we do.
