Using biteplay.win means accepting these terms, between you and the operator of the site ("we").
1. What you get
Free browser games, paid for by advertising, provided as they are. We may add, change or retire games, or take the site offline, at any time and without notice.
2. Using the site
Play as much as you like, for your own enjoyment. Please do not:
- copy, rehost, resell or embed the games elsewhere;
- reverse engineer them or build derivative works from them;
- attack, overload or attempt to break into the site;
- block, obscure or artificially click the advertising that pays for it.
We may block access where any of that happens.
3. Scores
Scores and progress are stored in your browser only. We keep no copy and cannot restore or transfer them. They carry no prize and no value. Nothing here is gambling and nothing costs money.
4. Ownership
The games, their code and artwork, and the biteplay.win name are ours. Genre names are used descriptively: these are our own implementations and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the publisher of any commercial game they resemble. If you believe something here infringes your rights, email us and we will look into it.
5. Advertising
Ads are served by the third-party networks named in our Privacy Policy. We do not choose or vet individual ads and are not responsible for advertisers, their sites or your dealings with them. Report a broken, deceptive or inappropriate ad and we will pass it on.
6. No warranty, and what we are liable for
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, scores or progress. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded it is limited to the minimum the law allows. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Play sensibly — take breaks, and if you have a history of photosensitive seizures, consult a doctor before playing games with moving graphics.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by United States federal law and by the law of the state in which the operator is established, and any dispute belongs in the courts of that state — without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live. If something has gone wrong, email us first; almost everything is quicker to settle that way.
8. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may revise them, and the version on this page is always the current one.
9. Contact
Note: standard boilerplate for a small, free, ad-supported site. General information, not legal advice.
